These Air Fryer Cajun Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and full of bold Cajun flavor. Bite-sized sirloin steak is seasoned with Cajun spices, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, then air fried until browned on the edges and finished with garlic butter.

1tspolive oil
½tspcajun seasning
1tspWorcestershire sauce
2cloves garlic, minced
¼teaspoon black pepper, optional
¼teaspoonsalt, if neaded
For the Cajun Butter
2tspunsalted butter
Instructions
Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut it into evenly sized 1-inch cubes.
Add the steak cubes to a mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Let the seasoned steak rest in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. If preparing ahead, it can marinate for a few hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
Arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between the pieces. Cook in batches if needed.
Air fry for about 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Check the internal temperature with an instant-read thermometer and cook to your preferred doneness.
While the steak cooks, melt the butter. Toss the hot steak bites with the melted butter before serving.
Let the steak bites rest briefly, then serve warm.
Notes
Sirloin is my preferred cut for this recipe, but you can also use ribeye or strip steak.
Cajun seasoning may already contain salt, so taste before adding more.
Cooking time can vary depending on steak cube size and your air fryer model.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary for better browning.
For food safety, the USDA recommends cooking beef steaks to at least 145°F followed by a 3-minute rest.
Serve with potatoes, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, rice, or a simple green salad.
For a low-carb meal, serve with cauliflower rice, asparagus, broccoli, or green beans.
